Many have asked about the Header image above, which I named 'Eerie Genny'. It was originally shot with film [taken on the shore of the Genesee River near the Univ. of Rochester]. During the darkroom development, I flashed a light above the tray. The process, known as 'solarization', produces eerie, ghostlike effects; some have mistaken this image as an infra-red photo. Some 35+ years later, I scanned and digitized the print, and did a little modern day editing, and, voila.

Family Fun at Seabreeze 2 [Orange You Glad It’s Friday]

     Recently, we enjoyed having our [middle] daughter and two grandsons for a visit. One of the highlights was a day at Seabreeze Amusement/Water Park. The first installment of photos I shot there were posted last week [just scroll down to view]. It was really great fun to see their energy and enthusiasm, not to mention their fearlessness, and that includes our daughter as well. Today's photos completes the group of images made from that day. [Brief note: Next week I will be taking a break and not posting.]
