I've been having problems posting pics on my blog, and even more so to SWF. But here goes... As I noted previously, on the hike around Bell Rock and Courthouse Butte, we saw some wonderful vistas and awesome closeups of the rock formations. Below is one view of Bell Rock;and below that Courthouse Butte.
Welcome/Willkommen!
Hello and welcome. Hope you enjoy the images I have posted. Please do not reproduce them without my permission. Most are available as note/greeting cards or as prints/enlargements. Thank you for visiting my site and your comments.
Many have asked about the Header image above, which I named 'Eerie Genny'. It was originally shot with film [taken on the shore of the Genesee River near the Univ. of Rochester]. During the darkroom development, I flashed a light above the tray. The process, known as 'solarization', produces eerie, ghostlike effects; some have mistaken this image as an infra-red photo. Some 35+ years later, I scanned and digitized the print, and did a little modern day editing, and, voila.

You may be having problems loading your photos, but you are doing a remarkable job on capturing these awesome sight.
The scenery is beautiful and the skies so very dynamic.
Lovely shots indeed!
Stan these are outstanding! I especially love your header with the reflections.
Wow, the skies above these rock formations are awesome! I've always loved clouds in the sky over just a blue sky. It adds such drama.
Thanks all for your visit and kind comments. Keep shooting.
